Happy Together

It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..

‘Embossing’.

Any type of embossing is fine. Dry embossing, embossed image, frantage, etc.

This week, as always, we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and Veronica & Pedro are offering a fabulous prize of $30 to spend at their site.

If you use a TPS image in your creation you will receive the full $30 to spend on their gorgeous designs, and if you haven’t used a TPS image then you will win 3 Digis of your choice from their site.

I was planning on making a Christmas Card but when I started colouring my image with one of my Copic marker colours it just wasn’t working right. I have now ordered a new set of those colours so hopefully this won’t happen again.

As I was then short on time I chose to use a pre-coloured image for my card. I’m using A Summer Walk.

My image was printed onto Cryogen White cardstock and cut out and layered using Classic & Scallop Oval Nestabilities. The paper I have used is by Kaisercraft and is from the Summer Breeze Paper Pad. I’ve embossed a piece of Pink Pirouette cardstock using the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder. A piece of lace ribbon, a few pearls and a sentiment finish off my card.

Here’s another photo of the image…
